When Johnathon awakened from his coma - drunk driver, long story - he read the journals I
had been keeping while he was…unconscious. I'd begun Dreamwalking with our friend/lover
Fleur and he was fascinated and excited at what I'd written. SO much so that one of the
things he's been doing through-out his recovery, is create an on-line comic, based on parts of
my journal. The parts where Fleur and I Dreamwalked.

This is that comic.
If you want detailed backstory, you'll have to read the Journal. Not necessarily the whole
thing. There's a lot of other stuff in the journal - just like any journal.
Hi! If you're here, then
you're likely new to the
strip. It's not your
ordinary story. It's about
the Dreamwalking of
myself and a friend of
mine, Fleur, into a world
unlike any I've ever seen.
It's called Cyeatea.
(Pronounced Say-tah). It is
likely to make a good
portion of folks run
screaming into the night -
if they've any kind of bug
phobia that is. The world's
people are mostly insectile
in nature. Right. Bugs.
It's also very erotic. Everyone there is naked to our perceptions, but they only feel naked
if you remove their belts. (That's something everyone wears.) So lots of naked bods, as you
can see from the above pic.

This story starts in the middle. That is to say, the beginnings of the piece is in my written
Journal. I've been keeping records of all my dreamwalking. It started out almost frightening
and then it became a grand adventure. The good kind. *grin*
In the beginning of the comic, we're saying good-bye to Bahoogie, a fly, the first denizen of
Cyeatea I met and who clothed me. (He wove me a belt.) He had begun to explain to me the
ways of Cyeatea when he was caught by Ammianthium, an orbweaver spider and her daughter,
Cleome. Everyone you first see are friends, but there is also an uneasy truce among them. For
they predate on one another. Not in the way one might first think. They eat each other, but
it's all erotic. Sexual. No death. The predators suck blood and juices from the prey species.
It's all called The Great Game and it's definitely...different.

We're off to find a way to get to the hive of Theta, a Cyetean (pronounced suh-tay-an)
honeybee.

And that's it. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to write us. We love questions.

Enjoy!
Let's see. If you just want to go to the first time Fleur "walked" and I found her, start
here, instead. That should get you started just fine. But before that, I meet Bahoogie and
I did a few sketches about it if you want to check that out, too. :)
