Dreamwalk
is a full color erotic graphic novel written by Kishma Danielle, Ed's
lovely lady, with art and character development done by Ed. It was their first effort
at comic style sequential art. It is the story of a woman named Danny who
"Dreamwalks", or moves between several different worlds. Danny's worlds are
inhabited by a startling variety of characters, almost all of them non-human, many
of whom are represented here in these web pages.

All of the artwork in the graphic novel itself was done on an Amiga 1200 using
DeluxePaint IV and a mouse. Ed did all of the layouts and artwork by mouse only:
nothing was scanned or otherwise imported. Most of the character studies and
portraits found here, though, are done in more conventional media, such as pencil
or even acrylic paint.

Issue #1 of Dreamwalk was a very limited run, only sixty five copies. Since we
were printing, collating, and binding them ourselves using a HP 560C inkjet printer,
it was a slow and expensive process. With the costs of paper, ink, and binding,
each 56 page copy cost about $15 to make, and even though they sold for $20
each, they sold out as quickly as they could be printed.

In Cyaeta, Danny is a honeybee named Damiana, a productive member of the
Helianthus Hive, and the object of desire of many a predator who crave her full
belly of honey. And they engage in all manner of erotic machinations to get their
hands on her. In her efforts to escape a particularly tenacious black widow
spider, she accidentally finds herself transported to Coventry, a Prison for females
in the Sableon Empire.

In Sableon, a conspiracy is afoot to discredit the leaders of the empire and bring
about its collapse. But those leaders, including Adara, the young Empress,
Scaramaeus, her eldest advisor and Overseer of Coventry Prison, and Johnathon
Darke, the Lord Protector, who weilds power and authority from the Architects
of Creation themselves, are not about to go down without one hell of a fight.
